      NIce colleagues and nice workplace

      Cons

      R&F Property Australia is trying to run a business in Australia the Chinese way. The Management is incompetent and with no experience in Australia. They are trying, but there is a distinct lack of understanding of Australian business culture and a non-ability to explain necessary changes to the Chinese headquarter. There is a culture of obedience and top-down management leading to frustration of staff and inefficiency. The system is bonus driven which not delivering long term success.

      Pros

      Have learnt so much since I have joined the company, valued and appreciated for what I do, can regularly be involved in different functions within the business, very valuable experience. Staff benefit is excellent with regular team buildings and Friday happy hours.

      Cons

      Relatively high work load, and when working with HQ, the time difference is unavoidable.
