Pros

They have lots of jobsites, and there is always work.

Cons

Long hours,Field supervisor that calls you constantly asking to work at various locations at a moments notice. Lack of manpower. Don't accept money from supervisors when you need gas for your car, cause he/she will come across as friendly and its all good only to harras you to the point of making your job an unfriendly place to work to the point you dredd going to work.

Pros

Flexible hours, management tries there best to work your schedule. Like any job, you put in what you take. If you are responsible and on site taking pictures least 6 per hour, your are proving yourself for better moments. Pay is ok, work is relaxing.

Cons

Better communication between management and guards. Some micromanaging from site management and jumping to conclusions based on customer reviews, without analyzing the facts. Like any company, tumors.
