Pros

There really are no pros aside from an 8-5 schedule. Even then, it’s miserable.

Cons

Everything about this place screams desperation. They have insane favoritism. If you’re not into their XS mlm cult then you’re an outsider. They blatantly push it even on your first day. The owner is never there and his wife manages the company. She has her favorites and it is well known who they are. They lie all the time snd make you feel stupid. If you decide to work there record every. Single. Interaction. They are not honest on their job posts es other. Starting salary is 30k. Then they set unrealistic goals to meet your quota. Also crazy talk time requirements every day. Expected to be in the phone actually talking to people 210 every day. This does not include voice mails. Bother and talk to people 210 minutes a day. Ridiculous. If you want a miserable work life, to be part of a terrible MLM scheme and to constantly call and harass customers to renew products that they can go out and get themselves this is the absolute best place to work for you. My recommendation: stay away, far away. There are much better places to work! For your mental health please go else where.

Pros

Good parking, traffic is not bad in the area, free coffee, there is not a lot else I can say...

Cons

The environment is pretty negative. While I was there I had to sit through listening to some young guys discussing the lack of "hotness" of one of their clients. I made a comment saying their discussion made me uncomfortable, then I got fired for "sending out bad waves" because apparently my not liking a sexually hostile environment is worse than the people making it a hostile environment. I've honestly never been made to feel so insulted in my life. That conversation came right after I was made to sit alone in a room with some kid who thought he was my drill sergeant. He yelled at me and made me feel like I was getting beat up, it was so bizarre. The pay is pretty low and the commissions are capped. It's probably not worth having your self -esteem and your general faith in mankind crushed.

This individual was a temp to hire so they do not even know our pay or commission structure. On her second day she heard another rep say that one of his customers "sounded" hot on the phone. We do phone sales so we don't physically see clients. The rep was talked to about his behavior and agreed to be more sensitive. This individual was let go, took it very hard, and decided to post it everywhere she could be heard.
