MICROMANAGEMENT. Do not allow your employees to work from home if you do not trust them. Youre expected to be on video camera all 8 hours of the day and if you get up for even 5 minutes expect management to be blowing up your phone, email, and IM to ask you where you are. Terrible company to work for.

I didn't conform to the non-customer service expectations of the job. Medicare has some rules that go counter to what a CSR is normally supposed to do.
