      Pros

      - Opportunity to work with the best minds in the world in mathematical optimization. - Smooth on-boarding process. - Dynamic and challenging working environment. - Gurobi lives up to its high standards: Innovation, Customer Focus, Integrity, Dedication and The Power of the Team. Processes are transparent.

      Cons

      - 401k matching and PTO policies still have some room for improvement as compared to other leading companies.

      Pros

      The company is growing. Employees are some of the nicest people I've worked with, including management. Everyone is smart and helpful. Remote.

      Cons

      Benefits could be better compared to other tech companies: PTO days & 401 (k) match is not exciting. Health insurance only partly covered. No health & wellness stipend.

      - It's always great to work for a company that has the best product on the market. It's the best because of the dedication and innovation of the employees. - Great team culture. - Outstanding support to customers - Growing company

      Cons

      Time off and benefits are not on par with other tech companies. This will change as the company continues to grow
