Amazing team but poor leadership and high turnover

The office team are amazing - genuinely all top of their industry, passionate, intelligent and great craic people. The new CEO spends so much time in the USA that he hasn’t a clue what is going on in the day to day and the team have actually managed to for a while have a better work life balance.
Cons
It’s genuinely sad to see what had potential to be a great and iconic Irish brand be ruined by an investment company. Unfortunately, since the new CEO joined a year ago there has been a huge amount of turnover at all levels of the business due to his poor leadership, shocking management and awful people skills. I’ve never experienced such a terrible cultural fit and shift. It took over a year before the new CEO even addressed the company as a whole and just gave another poor excuse as to why there haven't been employee reviews in over a year and requesting more people to be in the office on a Monday when he spends half his time in the USA.
