Pros

The best thing of this place is that you can be innovative in any way like new technologies, creative designs or ideas or anything. No one will try to stop you. Another best thing is that there is neither politics nor dirty games happens here. The friendly environment round the floor makes smooth work flow. The 5 days working makes my weekend relaxed

Cons

Too less number of leaves which is not sufficient for anyone
