      Communication with further up the company could be better and clearer. Sometimes we get mixed messages from higher management.

      I would say it was ‘nice’ to be looking at jewellery everyday but that would be a lie

      Cons

      Bad management, unfair dismal They also use stock what hasn’t been cleaned and looks like it’s been sat in the display cabinet for about 10 years to customers. Would NOT work here

      -meet lots of people -the pay is ok

      Cons

      -only get 15 minute break if you work 6hours -standing for hours -really high targets -no commission -£30 uniform allowance for 6 months
