Cons
Management are lazy. Higher ups don’t actually care unless you do as they want you to do and don’t really like input from others. The amount of stuff you’ve got to do every single day is insane. They invent roles to give you responsibility as if you don’t already have enough on your plate. They view sales associates as less than but then expect them to do everything. You get 1% commission but only if the store hits target and you can occasionally win £25 for your store but your against you’re entire district so it’s always the same couple of stores winning all the time. Climbing the ladder is a scam because you don’t get paid anywhere near enough for the amount of things you have to do. The company as a whole just gives mean girl energy and if you’re not them then you’re not good enough. A complete waste of time and honestly that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
