      - Work from home. - Competitive salary

      Cons

      - Very bad behaviour of senior people. - Too much internal politics. - Managers are too rude. They treat other employees as their slave. - Chiefs are so dumb are arrogant that they never respect any good opinions of others. - Company future is in dark.

      Leave policy, global exposure, salary, esop

      Cons

      Lack of strong direction and leader who can decide strategy for the org. Some jack comes in and decides to fire people and hire his contacts from past org and screw up the entire org

      No Job Security in H1, full of internal politics, domination from HR and management

      Nothing, we need to see how this company will survive in market with current HR team and few US management.

      Cons

      No Job security, no recognition, partiality, worst behavior of Hyderabad HR'S. This company has no value for the associates who played a crucial role in building H1. Associates who have joined recently will judge you. If your good with HR's, then your job is safe in H1. Internal politics by HR's and Management is worst part of H1.
