Disappointing and Depressing

The company is a great place to work and grow, The upper management has created a good environment, and everyone is thankful to the company's creator and owner, Most departments are great as long as you are not in the Architecture department.

Cons

The department management starts with the idea that everyone working under them should consider themselves lucky to have a job and expect nothing more, As long as you are working in the Architecture department, expect all the company rules to be broken or bended in your diss-favor. Expect to work a brutal number of hours with little to no appreciation for your efforts; Expect to find yourself in a place with no advancement opportunity and with the only hope on the horizon for you is to leave.
