      Interesting if you believe the hype but stay away.

      None. Chaos. Lack of adult supervision. Some good people but not enough who know how to build or create a company. Especially in an area that has never been done before.

      Poor management and leadership. Not enough money to do things right or even well.

      -Remote work -Pays well -People at director level and below -Clinical leadership is full of KOLs

      Cons

      -Toxic culture that starts at the top. Meetings with leadership are filled with yelling, name calling, and generally being unprofessional -Co-founders have no background in healthcare and act like petulant children then they don’t get their way or aren’t allowed to pursue their ideas due to healthcare regulation
