Dujko Radovnikovic (Dweeks), the CEO is very demanding but passionate, extremely supportive, available to all and ready to help. Willy Tarreau, CTO - In-house genius and celebrity, all in one. Wonderful colleague. Ajna Borogovac, the COO, is very available, a great motivator and problem solver, leads by example and makes things happen. She has soared the Sales and Marketing teams to new heights and Chad Lavoie, Director of Support, is a rock, true colleague, great person, someone you can always count on. HAProxy Technologies is a great place to work. We are a small team, powered by professionals who are incredibly passionate about what we do and the impact our innovations have on many of the world's largest, most demanding, networks. A self-made man, our CEO could easily sit back, rest on his laurels and spend his waking hours dedicated to his young family. But that’s not the man that I’ve come to respect and admire. Never in my career have I worked with someone as intelligent and dynamic as Dujko "Dweeks" Radovnikovic. The intensity, fervor and energy that he brings every single day of the year, is inspirational. Knowing that the technology we develop is at the core of many of the world's largest and most well-respected brands' overall strategy for success is incredibly motivational. That combined with a team that is committed to each other, the company as a whole and our users/customers, makes HAProxy Technologies a world class organization to work for. If you believe in what you are doing, are committed to delivering excellent solutions to your clients, are flexible and understand some of the challenges we face are not necessarily specific to HAProxy Technologies, but are typical challenges that all start-up companies face, then you will, as I do, love working with our Leadership and team members. That's not to say that we don't all have areas in which we can improve. Everyone has had a bad hour, day, week in their life. It’s almost impossible to put a group of strong wiled, impassioned people together and not have some sort ardent exchange. We have these exchanges, from time to time, because we care. We care because everything each of us does, on a daily basis, directly impacts the success of the company, our users and customers. It’s important for us to get it right.
