      Pros

      There’s a real chance to impact the direction of the company. A lot of talented people in one place. Beautiful building. Great and kind celebrity talent at the top.

      Cons

      Departments are siloed. Lots of red tape for any idea. Financially shaky, down to bare bones after two rounds of layoffs. Not much creative risk. Industry wide phenomenon.

      - longevity/turnover rate of employees - trouble finding purpose and motivation week to week over the course of your tenure when projects and leads are constantly thwarted and altered. -difficulty to attain salary bump
