Global team. Colleagues were helpful and accommodating. Managers were kind of fair. Training was provided but had to come out of pocket then reimbursed later.

Absolutely no career progression for local office. Requests for discussions on career prospects and change in office locations fell on deaf ears.

Met some excellent colleagues who have since become close friends. I was lucky to have an elder mentor guide me through thick and thin and will forever be grateful for that despite being in a corporate environment. Had quite a few opportunities to travel for projects as well. Good quality projects and most of their satellite offices are well designed.

Competitive environment, top heavy at the moment - an upside down pyramid. Opportunities to promote the mid-level are limited and will be pigeon hole by your strength.
