Amazing building, most of the people are great.

Cons

Pretty much everything else. Pay is mediocre, benefits the same, no one can use all of their PTO because they are so overwhelmed with work. Under staffed, underappreciated, no training, no room for advancement.

Pros

Beautiful building, friendly colleagues, seemingly interested in a flexible office structure. Management seems to care about making progress and creating change.

Cons

Compensation not worth the demands of the job, no bonuses despite upper management declaring profitability to be excellent quarter after quarter and promotions to the executive staff. Not enough flexibility with benefits and PTO - days do not roll over & no pay out if unused. Nickel & dime commission structure for sales staff. Design team overworked and often unhappy. Constant turnover due to lack of value placed on creating a healthy place to work.
