This company is not what it seems at all It is a cult like environment and majority of the managers micromanage, they say that we are all about the members but closing the branches as well as "Going Online' isn't really thinking of the older members. As a staff member who works in an area where the older generation live we have had to cop the verbal abuse as they don't like online and can no longer drive to a further away Branch. My advice never work here, I can't wait to leave
