As with large international companies all that matters is profit. Senior Mangers are arrogant, self important and petty. Expect the staff to work overtime with as little as 48hrs notice and target those who don't want to work overtime. Use a lot of agency staff at least 65% which are ordered daily and change daily. There is little or no structured training for most staff. Production management is poor all yes people and scared to challenge as in fear of loosing their jobs. All in all not a good place to work if you are used to an organised focused company.

Supervisor screams at everyone , full of polish that don't speak English, you have to work at least a year before you get a contract , very bad place to work.
