Pros
Administration, HR, Faculty, Staff, Students are very nice. Nice, timely pay with good pay scale. Great weather during winter UAE is a great place to live. Regular breakfasts, lunches etc. provided. Administration almost pampers faculty with treats, gifts, parties etc. Awesome people.
Cons
Job duties are tough. 20 hours of teaching per week. Can go upto 4 or even 6 hours of straight classes Students are quite laid back and lazy. Disruptive to class all the time using phones especially. Faculty are required to be on campus for 40 hours a week, measured with finger prints. Even one hour less and explanation is required. Some of the job duties seem redundant (e.g. invigilated exams; setting 3 questions per exam question).
