      Pros

      Work only if you get are on payroll of HKS. You get good opportunity if you are a part of global team.

      Cons

      Local management in India is pathetic. Worst leaders that you can find in any MNC. Also recently they moved all their employees to new local company managed fully by India Management, blindsiding all existing Hks India employees which was pathetic to say the least.
