      Menial Jobs, poor leadership by management (in fact, 0 leadership), bad location, no social life for shift employees, always a problem with manpower, lots of filthy politics

      It has the tag of global fortune company HPCL and giant Mittal that adds value to your experience. Dynamic work culture and good facilities.

      Cons

      Thanks to HPCL for taking care of employees otherwise profilt driven Mittal would have exploited the employees.
