Pros

Free parking, soda machine, running water

Cons

This company thrives on gossip & backstabbing, this is supported from the top Because they do it the most. The bosses never talk to you, they never say hi. Mean spirited, viscous people - managers will straight-up swear at you in front of other employees. Don’t even go to HR - they will do their best to treat you like your a piece of trash. It’s not a healthy place to work. In the winter they will try not to put on the heat and in the summer they cheap with ac. Totally disfunctional and You can’t trust ANYONE. Don’t even leave anything of value in site because it will be stolen. Trust me, don’t work here. They will grind you up and spit you out.

Pros

Great environment if you'd like your job to become your life.

Cons

I, as have many others I've spoken with, learned from day one that they are VERY untrustworthy. Morale is very low and if you're not in upper management you're not respected. Conditions of the warehouse are most definitely below code. Injuries on site are brushed aside and layoffs are common. Communication is a big issue as management can't seem to delegate or give concrete direction. Everyone there hates their jobs. Nothing is organized and designers will have no issues with treating you disgustingly. A dirty business in every aspect.

Pros

The events are beautiful and fabulous, and there are nice/fun benefits like free flowers and insight into the event industry

Cons

The pay structure is pretty low for an Event Producer, and unless you are paired with an Event Designer who is profitable, you will not make very much money. The hours can be grueling and it feels very old school.
