      Exposure to business, fast paced, benefits, yoga, meditation, vacations

      Cons

      Been here for a short time and it's pretty evident that I made a mistake. ISG run by a bunch of notorious and nasty goons. Spend more time figuring out internal management problems and hiding them from the business than delivering real business value. Feedback/management run through "anonymous" (yeah right) surveys. Employees that don't join the cult are fired at the drop of a hat. Let the witch hunt begin

      Excellent compensation and benefits, great work-life balance.

      Cons

      Horrible corporate culture, where only sycophancy is rewarded. Anybody who dares to speak their mind is quickly terminated, or ostracized by their peers. Company spends tons of money on external consultants who, upon realizing that HOOPP is a cash cow, tend to stick around for years and years. Many of those external consultants get hired as VP's. Incompetent leadership who keep asking for employee's opinions and then blatantly ignore it.
