      Good for people who just want to pass time

      Pros

      Executive Directors are great! Office is nice that is provided you are not based on site.

      Cons

      There is no career progression when I was there until 2016. I do hope that this has changed under a new HR head. Starting pay is low, bonus is low (performance bonus is paid out together with aws), no promotion. There is blatant favouritism.

      1) Plenty of small small employee events (Eg: Fruits Party, mini treats n etc) 2) Top management is friendly to staff

      Cons

      1) Immediate boss practises favouritism 2) Immediate boss never talk the talk (say one thing, do another) 3) Immediate boss give authority to seniors but senior abused his authority n immediate boss cover him 4) This department has particularly high turnover

      - Nice Office - Many office activities - Good place for young engineers and executives to grow - Improvement in internal services after many negative, NATO (No Action Talk Only) and political people leave

      Cons

      - Many of the Engineers and Executives are doing managerial roles - Many departments are still recovering from the mess created by those negative, NATO and political people
