1.Every team has one family member who's official CCTV in office. 2. So much internal politics is their 3. They dont have employee value. 4.They give most importance to family members. 5. Every department has one family member in higher position. 6. Increment policy is very poor. 7.they have trending concept of terminate in company like some one put resign they said we terminated him. 8.Some management people has wrong attitude 9. Behvariour with employee not so good 10.they can change their policy any time they feel Company can do everything.
