The compensation is good for most roles.
Cons
Managements philosophy is turn and burn people. Do not plan on staying here any longer than 2-years. There is an extremely high turnover rate due to unrealistic expectations put on people. This is done to set you up for failure, which will give them the opportunity to make excuses to dismiss people. Then when work gets slow, they keep only the "key" people that are usually the ones that can't or choose not to perform.
