Worst Regional Manager in Kolkata

Pros

A masterpiece in Hydraulic System and hydraulic equipments. A wide range of products with good quality level but overpriced.

Cons

Kolkata office is the worst office I have ever faced. This manager treats his employees as his slaves (when i am terming as slave it means slave). The 2 employees working directly under him are being treated like slaves. 6-7 employees have joined and resigned immidiately after joining. Some ran away even after appointment.

Pros

No issue in payment and dues. People are too friendly. Cleanliness in plant and office area. Good quality product .

Cons

Managers dont have experience to handle team. Work & time management is poor. Anything can come at any time and we have to keep on changing our priorities. Manager dont have courage to say no or ask for time if some work comes from MD. Urgent work has to be done on priority but every work come from the top becomes urgent and one has to skip his ongoing work and start working on something else. Working hours.
