Pros

Strong learning curve, exposure to modern technologies, and opportunities to take ownership of features. Team members are generally supportive, and there is flexibility in how problems are approached. Good place to grow technical skills and understand end-to-end product development.

Cons

Processes are still evolving and sometimes lack clarity. Priorities can change frequently, leading to context switching. Documentation and long-term planning could be improved to reduce rework and dependency on individuals.
