You can take time off if you're sick or to go to an appointment (but you will feel guilty for it)
Cons
- HORRIBLE PAY (but the cofounders don't care as long as it's money in their own pockets) - paychecks are always 2-3 days late - you are expected to consistently work after hours and on weekends - high employee turnover - absent management - no real deadlines, everything seems made up - mandatory team bonding on Fridays after hours - no insurance, paid leave, or 401k - general sexism - during voting season the cofounders push their own political beliefs onto everyone If you do end up working here, make sure you have everything in writing because the cofounders will try to gaslight you at every opportunity they have.
