      Colleagues are very, very nice and work-life balance is good

      Cons

      - Not competitive salary - You cannot voice anything negative, even if you pharse it well. They hate feedback unless it is positive - It is their way or the highway. - No training or career advancement opportunities

      The company displays the complete opposite of it's Mission Statement in reality. It is run on bullying, intimidation,denial, in a dictatorial fashion by a group of insecure, insincere, dishonest, secretive to the point of paranoia "Leadership Team"
