No definite strategy and planning.Programme "Delta" was totally confusing. There was no synergy and cooperation between buiding services group in various countries.Delta talked of being "global" but in practice everything was local. It was not clear whether I had to make relationship with colleagues in Dubai or with local persons of other departments sitting in mumbai office.Hence no clarity whether to concentrate local work or out country work.Lack of building services project in india was the biggest drawback as the name of our department was "building services(mep) but did not design a single mep project in india.
