      Pros

      Hallam-ICS offers flexible hours and flexible remote working that allows for a great work life balance. Working 2 days a week in the office benefits employee team work. The ability to work from home 3 days a week or when needed, and having flexible hours (project permitting) enables great engagement and responsiveness to family needs.

      Cons

      When personal circumstances call for more remote work, it is more isolated.

      Pros

      I've thoroughly enjoyed working at this company. The work environment is positive, collaborative, and supportive. Management genuinely cares about employees and provides opportunities for professional growth. The team atmosphere is strong, and colleagues are always willing to help each other. Benefits and work-life balance are also commendable.

      Cons

      While overall it's a fantastic workplace, there can sometimes be challenges with workload management during busy periods. Communication across departments sometimes needs improvement, but management is responsive to feedback.
