      My experience with Halma’s TA team, recruiter who has done his MSW and comes with ~5.5 yrs of exp, was frustrating. Even after I confirmed comfort with a five-day office role, he kept insisting I wasn’t convinced - repeating the same doubts on commuting. It felt less like hiring and more like interrogation. Such persistence only helps Halma push good talent away.
