Pros
The firm leadership has been very open to new ideas and approaches for managing staff time and promoting their work. In the year I've been here, I've seen them become much more collaborative internally. The culture is much more positive, and it's been wonderful to see the senior leaders encourage the mid-level and junior staff to branch out of their comfort zones and take on new challenges.
Cons
Halvorson could stand to hire at least a couple more people since the office is quite busy.

Cons
No clear strategies or design quality in projects, each principal has their own style, which is mostly terrible antiquated style. The quality of the company's work is going down. I had seen many times clients complaining. No respect from principals, unhealthy culture caused talent people left.. Poor management that turns into bad office chemistry. Communications are based on personal bias, mood, and could be total personal attacks. Principals are not capable of owning their mistakes, and are very good at blaming clients and staffs for everything that went wrong.
