      Pros

      it has no pros.. please ask about attendance policy document before you join.. and you will be surprised.

      Cons

      Hire and Fire culture. if you are reaching late three time in a month or 12 times in a year, then you will be terminated.. surprised?? yes this is the new policy introduced by great Empirix HR.. between this policy doesn't apply on HR. they are simply above from all policies.

      Join if you don't have any job. QA lead is having 4 year exp and other resource in qa has 8,10,15 year of experience.

      Cons

      HR responsible for leaving employees. -- HR is boss , recruiter left the company as she was humiliated by HR. HR can humiliate any one any time and can get fire you. - Can be fired any day, recently they fired one employee last week. -- Worst location -- No food available in building -- Too much work pressure

      Tiny One Room office in very lonely building, located at worst location of Gurgaon, with no facility of cafeteria and transport. Hire and Fire Culture - Recently Empirix fired more than 10% of their staff in the name of business loss, which is mostly due to lack of vision in management. Bad Work Culture No Work Ethics Hire and Fire Culture HR is ultimate boss here, you don't obey them, you are fired, no matter how much good performer you are..
