      Pros

      Solid benefits and pay for the work as well as plenty of career development opportunities within the company.

      Cons

      Factory can be tiresome but that's not something exclusive to Hammond

      Pros

      The starting pay is excellent (approximately $22/hour to start as a real employee, $17/hour to start through a temp agency). Overtime pay after 40 hours. Paid lunch break and shift premium if you are working evening shift.

      Cons

      They fire people for performance reasons without ever making an attempt to address the performance concerns. The probationary period is for 6 months.
