Pros
The autonomy to be able to do your job in an efficient and productive way is a much appreciated approach from an employee standpoint. HandStands is a great place to work with a lot of moving parts that you are able to participate in. It is a fast paced environment with a leadership team that focuses on the now as well as future growth opportunities for the company and the individual. As an employee, I appreciate the ability to jump right into projects and have an active role with a voice. It is encouraging to know that there are growth opportunities available and challenges in front that create opportunity in itself.
Cons
With the fast paced environment, there are a lot of tasks that need to be done, both tactical and strategic. Sometimes in the efforts to be efficient and effective, the workload needs to be managed and priorities need to be set to ensure the appropriate attention is provided to all aspects of project management.
