      Pros

      Generous salary and commission structure.

      Cons

      The pro of having a generous commission does not matter because you will never be able to close a loan here. They have no defined credit box and the sales manager is the biggest joke of all. He has ZERO management experience and leads with fear. Your job is literally threatened on a daily basis. I would not wish this place on my worst enemy.

      Where to begin. From day one the threaten you to be fired for underperformance and they routinely fire people for no reason to keep the staff in fear.
