      I was starting out in my career and immediately got a lot of hands on experience.

      Pros

      They are in aerospace and have some new technology there.

      Cons

      The manager is new and doesn't know what he is doing, its union so he week tend to pick on new employees, since every body else doesn't respect him much, so if your new watch out for the manager, he will try to stop you from being successful and on pay days, he will hide from your the whole day
