      Pros

      If your salary is less than 45k, it's 8-5 job. No over time. OK, Insurance. No pros other than that. If you want to work without thinking and do things as asked. Best company to work - if you like challenge, this is not for you.

      Cons

      No 401K, no salary negotiation, only one person makes decisions in this company. If you just graduated, find another company. Don't waste your time. It will be better to work as a part time at a restaruant. No communication between departments, only few actually WORK in this company. (Others have too many coffee breaks) There are two location for this company. Make sure to ask which building you will be working at. Older building has paint station and has bad ventilation.

      Less competitive than other companies. Relaxing culture.

      Cons

      No room to grow up Little management that you barely learn anything from your supervisor He is gonna have too much coffee break (like 3-4 hours a day) and you need to take care of his tardiness all the time.
