Pros

Fun place to work. Lots of different cultures and countries represented. Great product with a clear vision. Fast growing with lots to do and learn. Smart people on the team driving the business forward.

Cons

Not the right company for everyone as you are given a lot of ownership and responsibility. Also the company is just starting to put structure and processes in place so some people will not enjoy that. Still need to grow the brand and the industry. So if this does not suit you then you will not enjoy it here.

Pros

The company, the product, the culture, the people. I can't say enough about how great this job has been for me. Values, self-progress, work/life balance are all important to the founders, which I highly admire. And it doesn't hurt that I work with a really fun and encouraging team.

Cons

Some may feel the fast-paced and all-hands-on-deck start-up mentality is overwhelming, but if you are a go-getter and are ready to give it your all, this is the perfect fit for you. I actually enjoy that all roles within the team are involved in the decisions and processes.. makes you feel like your input is not only recognized, but actually valued.

Pros

Everything from the interview process to the training and onboarding process was smooth - probably one of the best experiences I have had in my career. Once you get here, you're working with a group of really smart, driven people where team collaboration and innovation are central to the company's ethos. They've made the ability to work together globally effective and efficient and they put a premium on creating an awesome culture.

Cons

If you're not comfortable with some level of ambiguity and a very fast pace, the work environment will be a challenge. If you are comfortable, however, the sky's the limit on the opportunity to contribute directly to the company's success.
