I was hired to work full time and was moved to part time after allocating full availability because the company was overstaffed. There were days where the children weren't there without previous notice and the company refused to pay for those days.
When I quit but kept working there until the end of the week, my access was cut off, making it harder to do my job.
In the end, I had to practically beg them to pay what they owed me, which they eventually did relutanctly. Avoid at all costs.
