Wonderful opportunity to get trained for 6 months as per contract basis and after the performance of ourselves will get permanent post as Rebar Detailer. During the training period we will get the total idea of preparation of shop drawings and taking quantity of various elements.
Cons
Target achievement of tonnage and sheet numbers are the best challenges here. You will get a competitive mind while working.

Small company, not great if you want constant progression but a wonderful company to work for and you get to touch so many aspects of the company and development.
