Employees are young and this creates a enjoyable after work environment
Cons
Paychecks Salaries are low and they don't pay on time. More than once the leadership asked employees to wait more than a month to receive the paycheck. Environment CEO asked not to have chit chats during coffee breaks. All conversations need to have a meeting and an agenda assigned. Leadership C-level is unqualified for the task. Not recommended if you want to grow professionally.
