      Pros

      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      Worst company ever. They fired everyone who were competent including the founders who started the company and replaced them with incompetent people who know nothing about building software. It becomes a place where incompetent people are able to thrive as blaming and back-stabbing others seem to be essential skills to have.

      Pros

      There are no pros to working here unless you like living in a dictatorship where inept management forces you to do what they do. Clearly has no sense of how to run a company.

      Cons

      This company is the worst. Even if you need food on your table, pay mortgage, or whatever, stay away from this company. Management has no idea what they are doing, especially on the IT side. Everything that management wants to do has to go through one person because he is the only person in the company that knows exactly how limited of a system he built and he is going to push back on everything. Therefore the folks on the business side have their hands tied. If by any chance the clients find out what the "process" is to score a provider, this circus of a company will crumble, which is already happening. Not enough space to list out all the cons.

      Dynamic company with a solid approach to improving workers comp

      Cons

      Leadership has left, and the company seems to be lost without any signs of recovery. Since leaving, I have spoken to friends still there and they say it has gone from being a great place to being horrible.
