      I wish there was at least one thing that made my experience here worth it, but it's all just negatives in this company.

      Cons

      Employees are used and abused at Harding Partners while getting paid terribly low rates. Everyone forces themselves to work as hard as they can, regardless of whether or not they're exhausted because failing to meet the expectations of management equates to losing your job.
