      Great people, great project

      Pros

      Management seemed to legit care about the team members. Really proud of their company name and yet eager to do better. Lamplighters was a really great project with a lot going for it.

      Cons

      Limited resources, are just not able to compete. Sweden owner Paradox had a really volatile set of priorities, and waffled greatly about really wanting the title.
