      There are good people here, but if they are any good at their jobs they wont be here for long.

      - higher ups disconnected. - long hours low pay.

      Pros

      Great coworkers to work with and very knowledgeable about telecommunications and research.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive. Performance indicators and on-boarding are virtually non-existent - be adaptable and a quick learner if you join. The internal culture is great though fragile. HR is hostile.
