      Work from home position is why I tolerated the company

      High turnover rate(I have seen so many people leave and eventually I left); management finds petty reasons to fire you; micromanaged; pay is low.

      This company micro manages, no diversity in leadership making it difficult for poc to feel safe, dishonest leadership, poor unqualified and unorganized leadership, 4 month training, calls constantly monitored, poor product quality.

      The company is primarily remote, and they work with VA patients, which is a great cause.

      Cons

      They have terrible leadership and micromanage everything. It's pathetic.
