      Free lunch and decent compensation

      Cons

      Extremely stiff environment. Employee morale is low which makes it difficult to get through the day. There’s a complete lack of diversity. The top people don’t try to hide their sexism - including the women in leadership positions.

      Any pros I can think of are unfortunately so heavily outweighed by the cons they are not even worth mentioning.

      Cons

      If you enjoy micromanagement and not being valued as an employee this is the place for you. The level of negativity and toxicity is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. Work life balance is non existent. If you’re offered an opportunity to interview/work at Harvest RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN.

      Some lovely people at the company who are great at what they do. The company covers lunch every day and offers several options, which is nice,

      Cons

      Management micromanages. People are often complaining about other people behind their backs, especially when it comes to the management. There is a serious lack of trust in the employees, which is too bad because everyone is working really hard.
